About Us

Karen

I established Mirrors Driving School in 2009. I worked very hard to make it the success it is today. I love what I do & hope you will love learning to drive. We have so much fun. I am a Grade A DVSA ADI (Car) and have been a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists for 30 years. I am looking forward to meeting you and teaching you to drive.

Dan

In 2018 I became a fully qualified DVSA ADI and joined my mum Karen in partnership at Mirrors Driving School. I feel this is where I belong in life as every lesson is different. I enjoy meeting and working with all my pupils and have fun coaching them to drive. We have so many stories! We have had many successes and I look forward to many more in the future when coaching you to drive.

Unique Mother and Son Team

Mirrors Driving School was established by Karen on 15 June 2009. Since then, the driving school has gone from strength to strength. And more recently, working in partnership with her son Dan, who is also a fully qualified DVSA Approved Driving Instructor.

Committed to giving an excellent service to all our pupils, every aspect of learning, is tailored to you; working on your strengths and building on what you already know; we will ensure that the foundations of good, safe driving are laid down for you.

We truly are unique – the only mother and son training team in the area! Feel part of something very special! We love what we do! Your success is ours!

Keen to keep their skills up to date, they have committed to the voluntary continuous professional development, to ensure that they deliver the best practice. These are your lessons, not their’s and they will guide you, every step of the way, and question your knowledge to reinforce learning.
